    Each exercise session is tailored to your goals, interests, and ability. I’m here to make sure you’re achieving your healthiest, strongest, best functioning body with efficient and effective exercises and stretches. Sessions include 50 minutes of hard work and 5 minutes at the end with assisted stretches or some massage. Along with your personal goals, my goal for you is to gain and maintain strength, great posture, and graceful movement in a beautiful achy-free body throughout your lifetime. I would love for you to enjoy using your body in all life’s pleasures, whether for you that means winning an athletic competition, hiking anywhere in the world, keeping up with your grand-kids, or aging with confidence in a healthy body.

  • Massage

    Be in the moment. Love the moment. Easy while getting a massage, but how about also feeling great after the massage? Our bodies do more than transport our brains around. Our habits reveal themselves through our bodies, and posture, stress, activity, or inactivity can make our bodies feel tired, tight, and in pain. Take time out to unwind the tightness of tired or sore muscles and aid recovery through deep tissue massage or simply relax and let go of pressure and stress that accumulates from our daily lives. Massage can reduce anxiety, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and improve immune function. I offer 60 or 90 minute massages upstairs at Synergy Studio. There is a shower complete with towels, soap, and bathroom amenities.
